Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to be working in a remote community close to Alice Springs with the added incentive to be able to undertake planned leave relief at other remote clinics within Congress.

Help support people from the world's oldest living culture while experiencing work and life in small remote communities in one of the most spectacular regions of Australia.

Congress offers opportunities in remote nursing, complete with transition to primary and remote support.

The Role

  • Provide primary health care including emergency care, chronic disease management and prevention for remote residents and visitors
  • When further remote, participate in the after-hours on-call roster for after-hours medical emergencies accompanied by an on-call support worker.

You'll Need

  • A current AHPRA RN or AHP registration with at least 3 years' post grad experience
  • A current driver's licence
  • Working with Children Clearance & recent Police Clearance
  • Critical care or remote experience an advantage
  • We are not able to provide sponsorship.

We'll Provide

  • Salaries starting at $115,459 p.a. (pro rata), $59.21 per hour
