Your Role:

As a Internal Communications Specialist, You Will

  • Internal Comms -Support internal communications initiatives including emails, announcements, and more.
  • SharePoint- Assist communications team in building out “InfoNation” (SharePoint intranet), including standing up new sites and helping internal teams maintain existing sites
  • Translations - Support translation of all marketing collateral including brochures, news posts, SharePoint sites, videos, etc. (in collaboration with translation partner).
  • Web- Supports the refresh of global website
  • Content and Collateral- Develop copy and work collaboratively with design team to create brochures, PowerPoint modules, etc. for sales enablement.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in media or communications
  • Strong English writing and editing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SharePoint and WordPress preferred
  • Basic understanding of web UI/UX preferred
