Job Overview

The Communications Specialist will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of compelling internal and external communication strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance employee engagement and provide essential support during the integration of newly acquired businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce effective communication content, including updates for the website, intranet, memos, newsletters, and other communication platforms.
  • Develop and manage communications that capture the organization's branding and priorities, with a focus on fostering employee engagement.
  • Support the integration of new acquisitions by delivering communication assistance that ensures alignment and enhances stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify team members for content contribution and work closely with marketing to implement communication initiatives efficiently.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to fulfill annual communication goals and objectives.
  • Monitor media coverage to evaluate its influence on the organization's reputation and assess relevant career sites.
  • Assist in creating educational resources for employees, collaborating with colleagues across marketing and human resources.
