Your Role

Campaign Management

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you are responsible for:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.

Content Creation:

  • Develop marketing materials, including presentations, eDMs, blog posts, social media content, surveys, and promotional materials.
  • Manage content updates on the company website and other digital platforms.

Event Coordination:

  • Organize and manage company events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Handle logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure event materials are prepared and distributed.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

Social Media Management:

  • Monitor and engage with social media platforms.
  • Develop and schedule posts, track performance metrics, and support social media strategy.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing marketing calendars, taking meeting minutes, and processing invoices.
  • Maintain the marketing drive and marketing registry.

Non-negotiable requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
