Job description

Zip is tackling the $50B+TAM space to transform the way businesses manage spend. Our co-founders started Zip (YC S2020) because they saw the challenges companies had using outdated 20 year old software to manage hundreds of millions of dollars in spend every year. We invented the world’s leading Intake-to-Procure solution to bring a consumer grade user experience to B2B purchasing. And, we’re just getting started.

We're a fast growing team that helped scale category-defining companies like Airbnb, Facebook, Salesforce, Apple, Quora, Pinterest, and Square. With $180 million in funding from YC Continuity (Y Combinator), CRV and Tiger Global, we're valued at $1.5 billion in just 3 years. In today's economic climate, the value we offer our customers is more critical than ever and our business is accelerating. We're growing quickly and need your help!

Your Role

Zip is hiring an experienced ABM and Digital Events Marketing Manager who understands B2B Saas and can fully manage ABM efforts and webinar production from ideation to execution. This role will design and execute data-driven ABM campaigns that target high-value accounts across our global footprint and includes managing multiple demand generation webinar programs per month. From an ABM perspective, this role focuses on engaging prospects through personalized marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue generation. You will be pivotal in orchestrating one-to-few and one-to-many campaigns including managing Zip’s webinar program, working in close partnership with cross-functional teams such as the Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales, Operations/Analytics, and Marketing Development Representatives (MDRs) to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes. The role calls for a self-starter who is not only a blend of being an ABM and digital events expert, growth hacker, and data-driven marketer but also highly results-focused.

You Will
  • Develop and implement targeted ABM strategies to drive engagement, pipeline, and bookings for key accounts, using both acquisition and expansion approaches
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts in collaboration with sales and marketing, tailoring campaigns across one-to-few and one-to-many frameworks. This includes collaborating with sales to identify and execute local marketing activities that drive lead generation and customer retention.
  • Lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, and content syndication, and partner with our regional Sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, account-specific content, assets, and creative design that resonate with key personas, including procurement, finance, and accounting leaders.
  • Align closely with sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, build effective sales enablement materials, and track the progression of accounts through the funnel
  • Own ABM performance reporting by monitoring KPIs such as engagement, pipeline generation, deal velocity, and revenue impact, with continuous optimization to improve results
  • Leverage ABM platforms (6Sense, Sendodso), marketing automation, and CRM tools (Marketo, Salesforce) to track campaign success, provide insights, and iterate on strategies
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging ABM technologies to refine and enhance the ABM playbook
  • Manage all aspects of digital events / webinars, including scheduling, programming, speaker management, logistics, promotion, production, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of webinars and digital events.
  • Implement strategies to maximize attendance and engagement before, during, and after events. This includes utilizing interactive elements (polls, Q&A, breakout sessions) to enhance attendee participation.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns to drive registrations and attendance, utilizing email, social media, sales enablement, and website content.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop marketing collateral that supports event promotion.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for webinars and digital events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare post-event reports detailing attendee feedback, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, digital events, demand generation, or closely related fields within B2B SaaS or tech marketing
  • Deep understanding of ABM and webinar strategies and tactics, with expertise in managing personalized campaigns across multiple channels
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue goals through targeted account-based campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in creating campaign materials, including landing pages, webinar topics, webinar content presentations,  and email copywriting.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments, especially with sales teams, to align strategies and ensure account progression
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and complex campaigns
  • Experience working with ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Highly data-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly

The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
