Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing startup. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and product growth, working cross-functionally to define the roadmap, prioritize high-impact projects, and deliver cutting-edge products that push the boundaries of the hospitality industry.
This position is perfect for a seasoned product professional who thrives in a startup environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys tackling complex problems with a strategic mindset. You will have a direct hand in shaping the future of Liven’s product suite, overseeing key projects from ideation to execution, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Product Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of a product strategy that aligns with Liven’s business objectives and long-term vision. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities that drive product expansion and market differentiation.
- Collaborate on Roadmaps: Work closely with stakeholders, including Engineering, Design, and Business teams, to define, refine, and execute on a cohesive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Optimize Product Growth: Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product optimization, innovation, and scaling. Create and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of new features and product launches.
- Lead Cross-functional Teams: Act as the product owner in cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and ensuring that all teams are working towards shared goals. Prioritize features and improvements that deliver the highest value to customers and the business.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Stay connected with customers, partners, and the industry to gather insights and drive the evolution of the product. Ensure that new product developments solve real customer pain points and add tangible value.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the voice of the product, providing regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders on product performance, future direction, and key decision points.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in and guide Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth product development and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and Coach: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and other team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives and product growth in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a startup or technology company.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong track record of developing and executing product strategies that result in significant business growth and customer impact.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, driving consensus and delivering results in a highly collaborative environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in using analytics tools and methodologies to assess product performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
- Agile Experience: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Customer Focused: Passionate about creating customer-centric products, with a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
- Startup Enthusiasm: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. You’re adaptable, resilient, and able to work through ambiguity with a focus on results.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product decisions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
