Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description:

The sales employees will be responsible for responding directly to emails ensuring excellent experience for potential customers. This individual is someone who orients to meeting targets without sacrificing customer quality. This position will be responsible for understanding standard operating procedures, following instructions, and have a desire to help future customers. 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow the workflow of the sales department. 
  • Complete tasks related to answering questions while maintaining the highest quality standards. 
  • Communicate clearly in written English in emails and chat communications
  • Quality control of the sales experience and communication
  • Follow processes and procedures for the department
  • Understand goals for productivity to ensure targets are met
  • Receive constructive feedback and coaching when needed
  • Help your co-workers maintain organization for all sales cases
  • Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by manager
  • Help your team understand standards and operating procedures

  • Response Time
    • Chat communications response time is less than 30 seconds from initial outrech
    • 12-hr turn around for all client communications, completing queue each shift

EXPERIENCE AND EXECUTION ESSENTIALS:


  • 2+ years customer service or sales experience
  • Ability to think critically and resolve issues and challenges
  • Fluent in English and the ability to comprehend and communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Communicate clearly and quickly to all chat communications 
  • Have real work experience in client services or sales
  • Have a professional track record within sales or customer service communications
  • Proficiency in organizational skill and time management
  • Driven to be self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
