Regional Sales Manager

Northampton


£60,000 basic salary

£6,000 car allowance

Plus commission. OTE £100k+

We need a Regional Sales Manager who has a proven track record in leading and building an established and successful team to reach their full potential. They must be located in Northamptonshire.

What will you be doing?

  • Coaching and performance managing a team of 10-12 Business Development Managers.
  • We will support you in significantly impacting your team to ensure that their capability improves through coaching, development and training. You will have field support tools, training programs and productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies and customer communication tools to aid you in achieving your sales targets for your area.
  • Develop your already advanced forecasting and reporting experience.
  • Recruiting and building a team.
  • Build your peer support and strong internal-company relationships to advance your knowledge of Handepay and your exposure within the Sales function.
  • The pace is fast, so we need people who are driven, focused and want to succeed.


Accountabilities and performance measures?

We want you to meet assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives and implement effective coaching and development of the Business Development Managers in your team.
