Key Account Manager Hospital Specialty Brands

Role: Full time, indefinite

Location: Praha-North, Northern Bohemia, Liberec, Karlovy Vary

Salary: Competitive + Company Car +bonus + benefits

 

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Key Account Manager to join our friendly team and take responsibility for building, developing and maintaining good customer relationships in the oncology/hemato-oncology, intensive care sectors.

In this fast-paced and exciting role, you will plan and conduct business meetings with health care professionals and strive to strengthen the company's position in the market to achieve the company's goals. You will also organize and actively participate in regional seminars and other corporate events, represent the company at professional conferences in the Czech Republic and abroad. You will regularly monitor, collect, analyze and search for business opportunities in the entrusted area. You will support in tenders or quotes for a number of related products from the company's portfolio.

The Person
  • University degree or equivalent scientific education with significant experience in the sale of pharmaceutical products in the hospital and/or (hemato)oncology sector.
  • Proven and documented success and experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • In-depth knowledge of generic medicines and understanding of the therapeutic context, including the competitive environment.
  • Key knowledge and experience of sales techniques
  • Flexibility, organised with a high level of planning and organisation
  • An excellent team player who can also work independently
  • Clear negotiation, communication, diplomatic and influence skills
  • Strong customer orientation – focused on meeting customer expectations and able to build effective relationships
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Current Driving license
