The ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant position is a collaborative, team-oriented individual with 8-10+ years of experience:

Responsibilities

  • Experience planning and managing multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail, including editing and proofreading abilities
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Client/customer-oriented mindset, solid experience providing customer support
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Advanced computer skills and a willingness to learn new apps/technology
  • A motivated, can-do spirit
  • Draft communication, including writing and editing emails
  • Manage and organize email inboxes
  • Managing calendars, including making appointments
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing for attendees
  • Collaborate with team members to provide administrative support as needed

Ideal Candidates May Also Have

  • Executive Assistant experience in a growing small business or nonprofit
  • Familiarity with standard CRMs and project management tools
  • Experience managing online courses using Kajabi
  • Experience connecting software tools using Zapier
  • Experience with Canva for creating marketing assets
  • Experience with Social Media management
  • Experience with Stripe for invoicing
  • Experience with ChatGPT
