About the Role

As Executive Assistant to our CEO, you'll own both business and personal executive support, with personal affairs management comprising 30% of your role. Your mission is simple: enable our CEO to focus solely on high-value activities by masterfully owning & managing their calendar, email, travel, research needs, and acting as the primary buffer between the CEO and the outside world. This role requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience who can thrive in a remote environment while maintaining exceptional organizational and communication standards.


Responsibilities & Success Metrics

1. Calendar Management

  • Maintain CEO's calendar with no double-bookings or conflicts
  • Schedule all meetings within 12 business hours of request
  • Ensure CEO has all necessary materials/prep items 24 hours before meetings
  • Prepare Daily Agenda meetings to drive results

2. Email & Communication Management

  • Process and categorize all emails promptly
  • Track and follow up on all pending responses or actions
  • Provide weekly status updates on key communications

3. Personal Affairs & Research (30% of role)

  • Complete research projects within agreed-upon deadlines
  • Maintain organized tracking system for all personal tasks
  • Provide weekly status reports on all ongoing personal projects
  • Document all processes and vendor relationships

4. Travel & Logistics

  • Submit detailed travel itineraries for approval 2 weeks before trips
  • Maintain organized system for tracking all travel arrangements
  • Process all expense reports within 5 business days
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for common requests"

    • 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting startup founders or similar 
    • Proven experience managing complex calendars and email systems 
    • Strong background in personal affairs management 
    • Experience with modern productivity and communication tools 
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information 
    • Excellence in remote work environments
  • Preferred
    • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace 
    • Experience in travel planning and event coordination 
    • Strong research and problem-solving abilities 
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
    • Background in both business and personal executive support
