Job description

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Automation Specialist who is adept at leveraging Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to create, deploy, and manage automated workflows specifically within Dynamics 365 and our suite of Microsoft applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong data architecture and process automation skills and have extensive experience with the broader Microsoft suite, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and cloud-based applications.

SCHEDULE: Options: 8:00am - 4:00pm CST / 9:00am - 5:00pm CST / or 7:00am - 3:00pm CST

Essential Functions

  • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and applications using Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Architect and manage data models to support automated processes and applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize automated flows and applications to ensure efficient and reliable operation
  • Maintain documentation for all automated processes and applications, ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members
  • Partner with other departments to provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of automated solutions
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 and recommend improvements to existing processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated workflows and applications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) is preferred
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and managing automated workflows and applications using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Remote work experience
  • Experience with other automation tools and platforms
  • Proficiency in data architecture and process automation
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and integration
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft suite, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and cloud-based applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
