For this role, our client is looking a creative Photo Coordinator who will play a critical role in organizing and managing our photographic content for both print and digital platforms. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills and a passion for visual storytelling. This is a full-time position during Eastern Standard Time from 9AM - 5PM.


The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

  • Must have at least a year of experience as a Photo Coordinator or similar role.
  • Must have a degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
  • Must have experience working with digital asset management systems.
  • Must have a passion for storytelling through visual media.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee and coordinate all photography requirements for our publications, including scheduling and monitoring photo shoots.
  • Work closely with editors, designers, and photographers to ensure the content aligns with editorial goals and brand standards.
  • Review, curate, and organize images for publication, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update a well-organized photo archive and digital asset management system.
  • Assist with budgeting and managing photography-related expenses.
  • Ensure all photos are correctly credited and comply with usage rights.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
  • Compensation range: $4.00 - $5.50 per hour.


* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
