We're optimising our systems for better efficiency and scalability, and we’re looking for a Podio Workflow & Integration Specialist to help us streamline our workflows and automate key processes.

Role Overview

We’re looking for someone to improve our workflows in Podio and integrate it with other tools to boost efficiency. You’ll work on automating tasks, enhancing lead tracking, onboarding, recruitment processes, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Redesign: Improve workflows for lead generation, client onboarding, recruitment, and client management.
  • Automation: Automate manual tasks (e.g., sending follow-up emails, generating reports) and create real-time dashboards.
  • Integration: Connect Podio with tools like email systems, payment processors, and HR / Recruitment platforms.
  • Training & Documentation: Provide training to the team and create easy-to-follow guides for new workflows.
  • Support & Improvement: Offer ongoing support and suggest new features to improve our systems.

Challenges You’ll Help Solve

  • Automating lead tracking and follow-ups.
  • Standardising client onboarding and agreements.
  • Streamlining candidate tracking and client management processes.

Required Experience:

  • Strong experience with Podio workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Integromat, and payment systems (e.g., PayAdvantage, Stripe).
  • Ability to train teams and troubleshoot issues.
