Our Team Structure:

Our teams are small-unit, autonomous, and multi-disciplinary. As a Project Management Assistant’s, you will be managing the supply-side advertising operations of our clients and collaborating with team members from Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects across multiple departments, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key objectives.
• Liaise with stakeholders including project personnel, vendors, and end-users to gather and understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with Assistant Business Analysts to translate client needs into actionable tasks and tickets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
• Outline, define, initiate, and plan project scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Analyze project data and generate insights to support decision-making.
• Create compelling presentations to communicate project status, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Google Data Studio or Microsoft Power BI to visualize project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work with Python and MySQL to extract, analyze, and manipulate data for project reports and dashboards.
• Assign tasks to internal teams, monitor progress, and assist with schedule management to ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify and resolve project blockers that may hinder progress.
• Implement and enforce document control policies and use standardized documentation templates for consistency.
• Continuously monitor project progress and create detailed reports on key deliverables and milestones.
• Review proposed modifications, obtain necessary approvals, and implement changes by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly project reports for clients and senior management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
• Ensure smooth operation of advertising services, swiftly addressing and troubleshooting ad serving issues to minimize advertising capital loss.
• Anticipate project risks, monitor potential issues, and devise mitigation strategies to maintain project quality and timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to handle complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python and MySQL (mandatory).
• Experience with data analysis and the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards using Google Data Studio or Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data and project updates clearly and effectively.
• Experience working with JIRA Project Management Software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
