Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Product (Project) Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Dental CRM Software. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and CTO to ensure the product roadmap stays on track, while overseeing the entire software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Technology, and Sales—to drive product execution and delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage both product strategy and the tactical delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Dental CRM product, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and business goals.
  
• Work closely with the CEO and CTO to manage product roadmaps, defining key milestones and ensuring delivery of features on time and within scope. 
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technology, Sales) to align product features with market demand and customer needs.
  
• Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
  
• Manage project deadlines, deliverables, and individual team goals, ensuring smooth product releases for web and mobile platforms.
  
• Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that blockers are removed.
  
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure successful product testing and release.
  
• Support design-asset creation using tools like Figma and manage user stories.
  
• Ensure product development follows best practices in systems integration, quality assurance, and customer support.
  
• Continuously gather feedback from sales teams, customers, and stakeholders to iterate and improve the product.
  
• Maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changes in priorities or market needs.
  
  

Requirements

●      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field.

●      Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and project management, particularly with CRM or SaaS products.
●      Previous hands-on experience as a software developer before transitioning to project management.
●      Strong technical proficiency in systems integration, quality assurance, and managing web/mobile development projects.
●      Expertise in JIRA, JQL, and Figma, with 4+ years of experience in writing user stories and tracking product requirements.
●      Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, and sales.
●      Ability to grasp complex technical issues quickly and balance technical dependencies with business needs.
●      Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-team collaboration.
●      Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and managing multiple priorities.
●      A passion for AI-driven solutions and a desire to contribute to the growth of our company.

Preferred:

●      Experience in the dental or healthcare industry.

●      Familiarity with AI product development and CRM systems.
