We are looking for a talented Senior Manager – Presales & Pricing to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Presales & Pricing Lead at AST Corporation, you will be responsible for managing the pricing of our organization's services in ERP Transformation, Managed Services, and Custom Development to ensure competitiveness in the market. You will support end to end presales activities from RFP Assessment, Requirements Analysis, Compliance Management, Efforts Estimation, Project Planning / Pricing, Commercials, BAFO and Contract. Working closely with the sales team and bid management teams this role is pivotal for AST in winning large / complex multi-million-dollar projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of competitive pricing propositions for client pursuits in ERP Transformation, Managed Services, and Custom Development, ensuring a balanced commercial return and risk management.
• Collaborate with Sales leaders, solution architects, legal, and business development representatives, engaging specialists as needed.
• support end to end presales activities from RFP Assessment, Requirements Analysis, Compliance Management, Efforts Estimation, Project Planning / Pricing, Commercials, BAFO and Contract.
• Develop client business cases, pricing assumptions, and contractual pricing documents while addressing client requirements and mitigating risks.
• Present the client business case, deal P&L, cash flow metrics, and financial viability to AST Leadership during deal reviews.
• Understand AST's costing and pricing tools, guidelines, and standard contractual positions in ERP Transformation, Managed Services, and Custom Development.
  
  

To Qualify For The Role, You Must Have

• MBA Finance with around 14+ years' experience in Functional Assessment of requirements, Pricing analysis, Costing models / simulation, Pricing reviews, RFP/deal reviews, Market research, and contractual processes / development
• Experience leading pricing for Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation
• Functional Experience / expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain or Manufacturing
• Excellent Communication skills. (exp. working with US clients is a Plus)
• Deep Understanding of ERP transformation project methodologies and implementation strategies.
• Experience with end to end implementations is a major advantage.
• Experience in value-based pricing and selling apart from T&M, Fixed Fee, Risk /reward type of scenarios.
• Fluency in different pricing arrangements and risk mitigation.
• Experience managing pricing processes involving cross-functional partners.
• Experience developing financial models using multiple data sources.
• Technologies and Tools: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent Communication skills and background in working with US clients and stakeholders.
• Industry Experience with Commercial or Public Sector
