Job description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Owner to join our international team as part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product Line.

Business trips to Berlin approximately once a quarter for 4-5 days.

In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including platform product managers, IAM architects, operations leads, engineers, and customer success leaders, to ensure alignment with overall platform goals and customer needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Defining and executing the product vision and roadmap for IAM services.
Providing authentication, authorization, and SSO capabilities using protocols such as OIDC, SAML, OAuth2.
Managing secrets in a cloud-native DevOps environment.
Maintaining the infrastructure, deploying IAM solutions (Keycloak), and managing secrets (Vault).
Integrating with other tools, services, and identity providers.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager delivering IAM services for cloud-native application development and operations.
Proven experience in creating a clear product vision, strategy, and associated product management artifacts (roadmaps, specifications, feature backlogs, product descriptions).
Expertise in communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, executives, and customers.
Deep understanding of public cloud offerings (AWS, GCP, Azure), especially related to Kubernetes, IAM, and resource management.
Profound knowledge of authentication/authorization models (e.g., MFA, RBAC, ABAC) and the identity lifecycle management process.
Experience with federated identity management (SAML, OIDC) and secrets management (e.g., Vault).
Proficiency in English at a fluent level.
