Job description

Working As a Project Manager, You Will

  • Independently oversee projects and provide consultancy to both international and regional clients
  • Collaborate with internal experts to develop professional solution concepts
  • Prepare proposals and briefings while managing implementation and ensuring quality control
  • Work with your team to win pitches and tenders
  • Act as the primary contact and advisor for clients, internal project teams, and stakeholders
  • Present and consult at leadership and decision-making levels with clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading technically complex projects, ideally within the data sector
  • Strong skills in resource planning and project management, including budget oversight, scheduling, and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities demonstrated through past successes
  • High level of consultancy expertise and understanding of sales processes to effectively support clients
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., Prince2, PMI, IPMA D) and preferably experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, DSDM, or SAFe
  • Very good proficiency in German and good English skills, as both languages are regularly used in the workplace
