Job description

IT Navision division is currently looking for a mostly experience Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The Navision area is the support and development for 20 overseas companies, divided into different areas, including logistics, sales, finance, product Help Center and Release Support.

In the upcoming year, we"ve an ambitious plan to open NAV system in four new countries. To ensure the smooth integration and functionality of new modifications, we"re also establishing a dedicated Navision area responsible for testing. Currently, our companies are utilizing Navision 2016, with a strategic plan to upgrade to Navision 2018.

The tasks of the position include:

  • Receiving and register about user queries (I line of technical support)
  • Troubleshooting issues related to the operation of Navision and the IT infrastructure.
  • Operate the Navision related requests via JIRA HelpCenter and over the phone.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of requests in accordance with SLA.


Our requirements are:

  • Experience in the Navision area (technical user, administrator and develop)
  • Preferred experience of working in the Inter Cars Group (competence in service work is welcome).
  • Experience in the I, II second line of technical support specialist area.
  • Excellent personal skills.
  • Fluent communication in English language.


Nice to have:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (min. 1 of the following): C/AL., AL.
