Position Description

We are seeking a Technical Documentation and Testing Specialist to help streamline and elevate our documentation and testing processes. This role will be pivotal in documenting internal and external processes, software tools, databases, and variables. Additionally, you will be the go-to expert for testing new tools and database models, ensuring releases are bug-free and ready for execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, ensuring consistency across all projects.
• Document processes, databases, software tools, and key variables in a clear, organized manner.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation.
• Be the primary tester for new tech releases, identifying potential bugs, issues, or inefficiencies before implementation.
• Develop and standardize testing frameworks and ensure rigorous testing across all new tools and technologies.
• Continuously improve documentation and testing processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain and improve the repository of technical documentation for the organization, ensuring that it is easily accessible and up to date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process and tool updates.

What You’ll Bring

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in documenting technical processes.
• Strong track record of academic success.
• High attention to detail and commitment to ensuring uniformity in documentation.
• Experience with software testing methodologies and processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or similar is a plus.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with engineering tools, databases, and technical workflows.
• Analytical skills to evaluate and improve processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Coding experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Zapier, or other automation technologies is a plus.
• Strong preference towards candidates with an Engineering or Computer Science degree.
  
  

Time Commitment

This role is full-time and will need to overlap with US ET for the majority of the workday.
