This role can be done 100% remotely from Poland.



Your role:



Join us as an HR Integration Solution Architect working remotely in Poland. You will develop and customize solutions with deep expertise in SAP Integration for HR. Your role involves crafting top-notch functional and technical specifications, translating designs into code, and enhancing configurations. Strong communication skills are essential as you collaborate with change requestors. With your understanding of HR integration, you’ll translate business requirements into timely, quality solutions. You’ll also generate high-quality documentation across various SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc.). We seek a diligent, adaptable professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.



Who You Are:



  • Have 7-10 years of development experience, including 5 years in HR Integration.
  • Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP-HCM, and Integration experience between SAP CPI & SuccessFactors.
  • Expert in Integration fit-gap design/solution workshops, managing changes as an SME in HR processes.
  • Strong knowledge of methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).
  • Deep SAP CPI configuration knowledge, especially for Employee Central integration; ability to automate and implement business requirements using out-of-the-box features.
  • Nice to have: Experience in BTP; understanding of SAP integration layers (PI/PO), ABAP, RFC, iDoc is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
