Title: Managed Care Sales Representative 
Direct Manager Title: Chief Revenue Officer

The Role 

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our Managed Care Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the promotion and sale of our managed care offerings, including revenue strategy consulting, payer analytics, benchmarking, strategic communications, and issues management. You will be key in identifying new business prospects, managing the full sales cycle, and developing strong relationships with healthcare executives and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven professional with a proven background in healthcare sales, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within healthcare organizations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through research, networking, and targeted outreach.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Unlock Health’s managed care solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and consultations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, including C-suite executives and managed care leaders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that drive success.

Market Insights & Reporting:

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting managed care.
  • Provide regular insights and updates to leadership regarding market conditions, sales performance, and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales messaging and product offerings based on market dynamics and client feedback.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the healthcare or managed care sectors, particularly with CFOs and Managed Care executives.
  • Strong understanding of managed care principles, payer performance metrics, and healthcare benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build credibility and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare executives.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or in a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in selling managed care solutions, healthcare consulting services, or healthcare technology products.
  • Familiarity with payer/provider contract negotiations and healthcare reimbursement models.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools for tracking and reporting sales activities.
