Description

SAIC’s Space and Intelligence Business Group (SIBG) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented executive to join our National Intelligence Community (NIC) business area to lead and grow the $160 million Intelligence IT Solutions portfolio. This position will serve as a key member of the National Intelligence Community (NIC) business area leadership team and will be responsible for the vision, strategy, growth, execution, and talent management for the portfolio.

The Vice President must be able to forecast, monitor, and meet annual business plan financials and operational objectives with a focused effort on driving strategic growth in digital, IT, and transformation solutions as it aligns with SAIC’s and the Customer’s strategic direction. The successful individual must initiate and participate in account strategy development, guide business development and capture activities, maintain financial controls for the organization, and create an environment conducive to staff development and professional growth. The VP is expected to exercise sound judgment within broadly defined SAIC guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities Include

  • Develop account plans aligned to NIC, SIBG and enterprise growth strategy with defined goals to provide transparency on progress against plan (e.g., growth KPIs, talent / tech resource investment)
  • Drive profitable strategic account growth (e.g., mission integrated solutions) in both base business and new business by partnering with Enterprise BD to deliver proposals that articulate the SAIC value proposition and are priced to win
  • Build and cultivate strong customer relationships to develop a deep understanding of customer’s mission and needs (e.g., challenges, technology, stakeholders)
  • Leverage the enterprise (e.g., Innovation Factory) to bring innovative solutions that reflect the best of SAIC to address customers’ most complex problems
  • Proactively forecast critical skills needs across current and future programs and develop plan to meet needs with internal talent (e.g., strategically upskilling, rotating talent to value)
  • Adopt enterprise mindset to direct cross-functional / account collaboration to deliver results for the Enterprise, including delivering proven solutions to customers and importing / exporting talent
  • Proactively take calculated risks for growth and create opportunities to continuously learn
  • Build a diverse, high performing leadership team that focuses on developing and mentoring talent through frequent coaching and real-time feedback

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • 15+ years of relevant experience with 8+ years in a leadership role
  • Successful track record of leading, managing, and growing a portfolio of digital modernization programs in areas such as IT system integration, cloud development and migration, cybersecurity, data and analytics, machine learning, application development, DevSecOps, and/or other areas of the “new” IT systems work
  • Proven ability to lead large teams (>150) and developing talent to drive successful execution
  • Demonstrated success identifying, qualifying, and winning small and large captures
  • Technical domain experience and deep knowledge of ODNI and McLean-based Intel customer programs
  • Experience with building and maintaining customer relationships across ODNI and McLean-based Intel customer, serving as a trusted advisor and partner
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and integrate across business units and functions
  • Experience delivering on and executing a strategy to drive enterprise results

Desired Qualifications

  • PMP certification
  • Experience in bringing innovative approaches to address complex problems bridging operational and technical domains
  • Familiarity/experience in Agile methodology

Target salary range $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
