Health & Welfare Benefits Administration Services Analyst

Are you ready to support senior analysts and consultants in managing client accounts to ensure optimal benefit plan administration?

Can you confidently analyze data, research compliance issues, and evaluate benefit plans to contribute to client satisfaction?

About the Role:

Join us as a Health and Welfare Benefits Services Administration Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting senior analysts and consultants in managing client accounts. You'll be responsible for tasks such as requesting and analyzing data, researching compliance issues, and evaluating benefit plans and programs. Additionally, you'll participate in presentations and respond to client needs as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing specific H&I cyclical operation tasks for Active, COBRA, and Retiree populations.
  • Handling areas such as Retirement Eligibility, Long Term Disability, Leave of Absence, Medicare, and more.
  • Overseeing processes and serving as the point of contact for some file transmissions, user acceptance testing, and issue analysis.
  • Collaborating with international team members to share knowledge, identify root causes, and resolve issues.
  • Interacting with clients and vendors to address inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
  • Actively seeking opportunities for process enhancement and automation to mitigate risk and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Possessing strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Having the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Being proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Having experience in data analysis and process improvement.
  • Being comfortable working with new technology and learning new skills as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree desired but not required.
  • Two years of experience working within H&I administration and/or analysis and process improvement.
  • Prior experience supporting a client with unions is helpful

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is 50,000 - 65,000
