Description
Client is a global Fortune 500 Company. As they continue to increase their revenue year over year, they have assessed some gaps within their IT Department and are looking to modernize the entirety of it with their leading initiative in 2023 being digital acceleration.
Client has been decommissioning their Equinax data centers in order to fully host the traffic of their Cisco SD-WAN environment in Azure. This person will assist in removing route traffic from Equinax backbone to creating direct tunnels to Azure North America and South America SD-WAN environment from Mosaic sites. The #1 priority is implementation of CEDGEs in Microsoft Azure and move off of our current Azure Express Routes and onto the CEDGEs in Azure. Requiring experience in OSPF/BGP routing, Azure, and Global Policy. Priority #2 is assessing current SD-WAN Global Policy and redesigning as needed.
Down the road, they could need help with documentation of current routing strategy to ensure an ease of transition of troubleshooting in new Azure SD-WAN architecture.
