Job description

Baer is looking for a SuccessFactors People Analytics Consultant for a 6+ month remote project.

Title: SuccessFactors People Analytics Consultant

Location: Remote (Must be based in US)

Duration: 6 months

Rate: All-inclusive

Alignment: C2C

Description

Design and develop complex Story Reports within SAP SuccessFactors for People Analytics, tailored to meet business requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and deliver actionable insights through customized reports.
Ensure reports are optimized for performance and data accuracy.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in existing Story Reports.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure any issues impacting data accuracy or report functionality are addressed promptly.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
Evaluate and implement change requests related to People Analytics reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of requested changes and provide optimized reporting solutions.
Ensure all change requests are properly documented and tested before deployment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Story Report Developer in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on People Analytics.
Extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting Story Reports.
Solid understanding of data modeling and reporting principles within SuccessFactors.
Proficiency in report creation and working with large datasets in SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Credly certifications in relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules are required.
Must be able to work EST hours to align with project timelines and team collaboration.
