Job description

Main Tasks:

  • Lead the review and production of IT procedures, policies, and work instructions;
  • Prepare multi-annual plans for reviewing and drafting IT procedures, policies, and work instructions;
  • Collaborate with IT staff at all levels to document and model business processes using the Agency's ARIS standards;
  • Proactively analysis IT work practices (technical / financial /capacity) and propose changes to improve quality and/or performance;
  • Lead tasks for the inclusion IT procedures, policies, and work instructions in EASA's quality management system.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an IT or financial quality management role applying ITIL (V3 or V4);
  • Certified in a minimum of two ITIL V4 management practices: Knowledge Management, Measurement and Reporting, Organsiational Change Management, Service Configuration

Management, Service Design.

Technical Expertise

  • Experience using ARIS software is desirable;
  • Experience using ServiceNow software is desirable.
