Job description

Complete Specialty Solutions delivers high-quality dental services within general and pediatric dental offices. Our model provides an exceptional level of care; and we are adding a full time Treatment Coordinator (TC) to our team.

Position Overview:

This role will support the integration of specialty services into independent general and pediatric dental offices. The Treatment Coordinator serves to provide remote training to enhance office efficiency and workflow in preparation for specialty production days. TC must enjoy teaching and interacting with staff members of all skill levels to improve patient experience and financial results.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintains communication with GP practices; support and maintain productivity.
  • Review the treatment plan and insurance verification with office staff and specialists. Experience with oral surgery and periodontics is required. Additional experience with orthodontics and endodontics is preferred.
  • Correspond with patients and present treatment and answer questions about treatments. Scheduling patients and gaining case acceptance is critical to success in this role.
  • Implement changes and provide education and feedback to providers, departments and offices in relation to denials that impact revenue
  • Demonstrate exceptional integrity and composure with patients, staff and specialists
  • Occasional in person trainings to enhance services

Qualifications:

  • 2 + years’ experience; dental treatment coordinator. Experience with oral surgery and periodontics required
  • Very Comfortable with presenting dental information to patients
  • Licensed RDA preferred.
