At Grantify, we're looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join our Tenders Team. Over the last year, we have launched a new Government Tendering Service. As a crucial member of our team, you'll be one of the first members of the Tenders Growth team, playing a key role in expanding our reach and helping businesses secure government contracts through our annual service. Your Mission

  • Drive Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to our revenue goals.
  • Engage Clients: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Master the Craft: Develop an in-depth understanding of our NEW Public Sector Business Development service, eligibility criteria, and processes to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Excel in CRM Management: Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and a well-maintained sales pipeline.

Your Background

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within an environment where you have experience in short sales cycles and are used to closing multiple deals a week.
  • You have experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
  • You are comfortable using various software tools to manage sales processes and client relationships.
  • Knowledge and experience in public sector procurement (desirable)
