The Role: Senior Remote Support Engineer

What will you do?

  • Communicate the EcoStruxure Asset Advisor entitlement and pre-requisites (call and email)
  • Support customer on gateway installation & configuration
  • Support in configuring network parameters on equipment network management card
  • Work Order management (Salesforce)
  • Supports the Connected Services Hub in re-connecting disconnected asset
  • Monitoring and management of EAA SP&C Accounts, AUM and Connectivity Rate for Countries of support
  • Identify lead generation
  • Work closely with the Country Customer Success Manager

Qualifications

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer-facing, project management, analysis, technical troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with UPS communication (SNMP, Modbus RTU & Modbus TCP)
  • Working experience in Salesforce and WO management would be an added advantage
  • Certification in networks & routing concepts would be an advantage but are not mandatory
