Work Location: Bangalore( Electronic City or Whitefield - It May be work from home or work from office depends on the project assigned)

Mode of Interview: Virtual Interview on MS Teams(1st Round Communication, 2nd Technical)

Role:- Technical Support Engineer L1

Troubleshooting system related issues for global customers via Calls, email, chat and application support.

Skills:- Excellent Communication Skills in English (Global support)

Qualification:- Any Graduates(10+2+3)

Experience:- Freshers and Experience(0 to 2 Years)Level 1 Support (Prefer Immediate Joiners)

Freshers:-

Salary:- 24,000 - 27,500 CTC/Month + Shift allowances(6,000-11,000/month) + Free Cab Facility.(20,000 Joining Bonus)

(Early Morning Shift 500/Day, Afternoon Shifts 250/Day and for Evening and Night Shift 500/Day)

Experience:-

Salary:- 34,000 CTC/Month + Shift allowances(6,000-11,000/month) + Free Cab Facility.
