Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of international payroll experience or 2+ years in payroll with 3+ years in other relevant industries.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of tax regulations, statutory requirements, and payroll compliance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other payroll software tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex information clearly.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to support your colleagues, sharing your expertise and learning together.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in the preparation and processing of high-volume payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor deadlines and identify potential risks, ensuring the payroll team meets all objectives.
• Maintain payroll systems, including electronic folders, calendars, and communication channels, to streamline operations.
• Apply your deep understanding of payroll legislation and compliance standards to enhance our processes.
• Support new employees and guide them through the payroll process, from starter declarations to holiday pay calculations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement payroll improvements and efficiencies.
• Generate comprehensive reports and perform data analysis to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for payroll inquiries, providing clear, prompt, and professional responses.
