Our client is a global leader in the FMCG industry with a recognizable brand and high standards of business. It is a company that pays attention to sustainable development and social responsibility. Due to the dynamic growth of the organization, we are looking for candidates for the position of PMO Specialist.

As a PMO, you will be responsible for supporting activities, ensuring the smooth running the Portfolio office working closely with various key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Min. 4-5 years of experience in similar position.
  • Bachelor's degree/student of last year in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, or computer science).
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel at an advanced level.
  • Excellent level of English, communication skills .
  • Ability to develop and adapt content to a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team in tracking progress, actuals, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring accurate data.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.
  • Help maintain PMO related databases and tools (SNOW), ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
  • Support the development and maintenance of PMO related metrics and performance indicators.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other PMO related materials.
  • Help maintain documentation, including plans, status reports, and other solution-related documents.

The offer

  • Salary: 60-80 PLN/h net+VAT (negotiable)
  • Contract type: B2B contract via Devire
  • Contract duration: long-term contract
  • Location: remote work (occasional visits in Warsaw office, 1 time per month)
  • Equipment: provided by the Client
