They are known for their commitment to high-quality, long-term relationships and are looking for a Medical Manager to drive product expertise, key opinion leader engagement, and contribute to strategic goals.

Requirements

  • University degree in medical sciences or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in lung cancer therapies, particularly NSCLC.
  • Ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders such as KOLs and consultants.
  • Strong knowledge of the target group.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Driver’s license category B.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences, fieldwork, and international meetings with headquarters.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on product education and showcasing clinical benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the medical expert for the product portfolio, focusing on NSCLC therapies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), national and regional consultants.
  • Provide medical and scientific support to internal teams and external stakeholders, including field force.
  • Represent the company at conferences, medical congresses, and other industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters on product strategy and align on scientific positioning.
  • Engage with hospital programs and support sales efforts related to hospital channels.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in all medical activities.
