Now we are looking for an Office Manager to supervise the administrative and facility management activities in our office in Sofia. This role is an exciting opportunity to use your organizational, and communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Oversee office budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor management.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Liaise with HR, IT, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
  • Implement and manage office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate office space planning and office-related projects.


About You:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Fluent in Bulgarian and English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail) and office management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving attitude and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field (preferred).
