Job description

We're expanding our Titan QA team and looking for a QA Team Lead. This role involves managing agile QA testers and collaborating with development and product teams to deliver high-quality software. We need an experienced leader to mentor the QA team and facilitate collaboration between development, product and QA.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and mentoring QA team members (3)
  • Hiring and training new team members.
  • Developing, implementing, and managing processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability before delivery.
  • Coordinate product testing processes.
  • Collaborate with our product and R&D teams.
  • Leverage your experience and skills to ensure excellence for the team, its members, and our product.
  • Ensuring sufficient automation coverage and providing clear health indications for each build.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience with manual QA tests and automation tests.
  • A BSc/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA test methodologies and strategies.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and drive processes across the team (startup experience is a plus!)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex topics to people from a variety of backgrounds.
  • A desire to build strong working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and relational databases, enabling effective testing of complex integrations (huge advantage).
  • Previous experience with leading QA teams (an advantage).
