Requirements

Oversee and support the agile development process, ensuring best practices are followed
Responsible for multiple technical delivery projects, ensuring they are delivered in line with the technical requirements and that the agile process is being followed consistently
Work closely with Agile Teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog, aligning delivery with business goals.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and efficiency in delivery processes.
Guide team members in technical problem-solving and provide mentorship to promote professional development.
Utilize metrics and data to track project performance and derive actionable insights and lessons learned for future projects

Skills

Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
Strong technical background, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging with clients is highly advantageous.
