We're looking for a Territory Sales Representative to cover east and south regions in Denmark combined with role as Field Sales Coordinator for activities in Denmark.

Your challenge

  • As Territory Sales Representative you will be our daily voice in the market to ensure best possible use and promotion of Corteva solutions in Danish agriculture.
  • You will be responsible within your territory for planning and execution of seasonal campaign activities for the entire portfolio, which currently is built of crop protection, biostimulants, seed and nitrification inhibitors.
  • By being in close contact with farmers, advisors and dealers in your region, you bring input about how to support Corteva portfolio into planning in close cooperation with the Danish business team. Your local knowledge will bring success into the execution of the planned activities.
  • As Field Sales Coordinator you facilitate and coordinate activities within the entire Danish field team to make sure activities are executed, expectations are aligned and meet und thus secure the success of the Corteva's seasonal campaigns. You will work closely with the Sales Manager as well as Marketing Manager to guarantee the success of the Field team in the day to day.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Be close to the market in the day to day working with farmers, supporting distributors sales teams and updating advisory organizations.
  • Indoor and outdoor activities such as farm events, exhibitions and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Follow up and utilization of test and trials.
  • Seasonal updates such as direct mails, articles, social media and videos.
  • Communication to growers in tailored language and frequency.
  • Foster and expand dealer and grower network.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the activities of the Danish team in the day to day securing execution, motivation and successful field campaigns.
  • Tracking progress across the team, to ensure the entire team manage to execute on plan capture new opportunities.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the field sales team; manage travel schedules based on business needs and priorities.

Location: Zealand/Funen, Denmark

Reporting line: Sales Manager Nordics

Travel: 10-20 days annually.

Qualifications

  • Academic in Agronomy or significant experience in the Ag business with at least 5 years' work experience.
  • Dedicated and commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and think out the box to get the result.
  • Ability to transform technical facts into practical farming.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong initiatives and a self-starter who also enjoys motivating others.
  • Ability to have several projects running at the same time and to prioritize effectively.
  • Team player with ability to inspire others.
  • Fluent written and spoken Danish and English.
