The Role


Typically delivering products and services across our portfolio to a group of clients (existing or new) that assist HR and line managers to effectively support recurring HR processes in their organization. The role exists to both build and maintain client relationships that deliver profitable renewal, yield or new business. The role holder will deliver customized or standard work mainly on Reward/ Pay products and Organizational Desing and support with training & implementation of products.


Key Responsibilities:


· Data Collection and Analysis

· Follows-up with clients to participate in compensation and benefits surveys.

· Supports clients with the data submission process and verifies data directly with them.

· Performs market review independently to identify any outliers in the overall database.

· Performs standard quality checks for sector reports.

· Performs data extracts and analyses from the database to service clients’ market information needs, both qualitative and quantitative.


Client and Customer Management


· Provides statistical analysis to clients on compensation and benefits.

· Works with clients independently to suggest appropriate benchmark jobs for their internal roles.

· Leads client calls for complex or marquee accounts.


Project Management


· Leads large sectors to provide operational and client support. Works closely with other team members to direct sector development initiatives.

· Co-owns and executes key client projects such as custom surveys, global projects, or projects that cross business lines.

· Works closely with Delivery Team Leaders on the overall database project plan, as well as sector initiatives.

· Ensures survey timeline and client projects are executed in line with the overall business strategy and that all key internal stakeholders are aligned.

· Thinks about the survey cycle holistically and anticipates what actions need to be taken in the short and long term.


Research


· Researches, gathers, and analyzes data to determine appropriate salary levels for client jobs in the benchmark database.

· Identifies areas of improvement for their assigned sector(s), including understanding current pay practices, trends, and key HR business needs within the sector.


Internal Communication and Cross Team Collaboration


· Provides support to Commercial and Advisory teams regarding interpretation of market compensation practices and guidelines.

· Proactively communicates sector initiatives and updates to Commercial and Advisory teams.

· Works closely with the Commercial and Advisory teams to understand client feedback and needs related to the Data Collection Tool and process. Uses this feedback to suggest platform enhancements.

· Creates training and process documentation for the Delivery team and takes initiative to train the team and the clients.


Skills and Specifications


· Knowledge of HR principles and practices.

· Stakeholder management

· Ability to handle confidential data concerning employee information.

· Proficient in Microsoft office, with a high level of proficiency in Excel.

· Ability to work independently and in an interactive and collaborative team environment.

· Strong time management and project management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to adapt in a frequently changing business environment.


Education and Experience


· Bachelor’s degree.

· 2 to 5 years of experience working in a human resources environment with at least 2 years in compensation and benefits.

· Experience in any compensation and benefits administration related activities.

· Experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, presentation writing, and delivery of client projects.

· Language requirements: Hungarian - native, English - fluent.
