Job description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join a leading provider of customer support services based in London.

Salary & Terms

  • Salary between £25,000 - 28,000 gross per year depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Work from home

Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive interaction. This is a remote position based in London, offering the flexibility to work from your home office.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Effectively navigate customer support systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Minimum Requirements
