Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the company's products and services while resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and professional support.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures to maintain quality standards in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is preferred
  • Stable internet connection and a proper home office setup
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and adapt
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
