Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Danish and English
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order management
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers accurately

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
