Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish and English
  • Provide accurate information about products and services while assisting customers
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers appropriately

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
