Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish and English
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Document all customer interactions carefully in our system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate assistance

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
