Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Irish (both spoken and written), with fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
