Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients in the electronics sector.
  • Manage inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to provide accurate information and support.
  • Document customer interactions and provide feedback for quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in training and continuous development to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics industry, is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for technology and customer care.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and immerse yourself in a new culture.
