Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business-related field required (MBA preferred), 5+ years of direct sales experience in a clinical and/or laboratory market environment preferred, Strong closing skills with formal sales training preferred, Excellent oral, written, telephone and presentation skills, Valid driver’s license and travel willingness (up to 75%).
Key responsabilities:
- Achieves annual sales goals and maintains customer satisfaction
- Primary account owner of Tier A, B, C accounts
- Develops relationships with key decision makers and pursues new business opportunities
- Collaborates with marketing for account growth strategies
- Maintains records in Salesforce and ensures privacy compliance
