We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Analyst to join our team. This role will primarily focus on employee onboarding, performance evaluation processes, and providing support in various HR operations in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including document collection, system setup, and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Performance Management: Support the administration of the performance evaluation process, including monitoring deadlines, ensuring feedback collection, and assisting managers with performance-related documentation.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases (e.g., personnel information, job history, evaluations).
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports related to employee performance, turnover, and other relevant data.
  • Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement in HR operations and contribute to the development of new HR processes.
  • People care: fostering employee well-being, supporting engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

  • Qualifications - Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on onboarding and performance management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP. PHR or similar .

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Proactive with the ability to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Enjoys working on a variety of HR tasks, ranging from soft to hard aspects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team while maintaining autonomy, following specific guidelines.
