HR Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional for the position of HR Analyst within our Global People Data & Analytics organization. This fully remote position offers global exposure and the opportunity to develop and grow within the People Data & Analytics domain. You would be working alongside HR leadership on strategic data projects to help deliver our People Strategy in Haleon.

In this role you will… 

  • Lead and coordinate various HR data projects that align with Haleon strategic goals and help optimize our human capital.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep dives into specific HR topics to generate actionable insights that support business decisions and strategy.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, translating complex data into clear and compelling narratives.

  • Partner with HR CoE leads, HR Business Leads, HR Business Partners and others to understand their data needs and provide top-tier analytical solutions.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects, providing data-driven insights.

  • Support HR dashboard users in query resolution, adoption activities, lead training sessions and curate user guidelines.

Why you?  

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in HR, with exposure to analytics and reporting

  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes, metrics, practices and employment laws

  • Strong problem-solving, data analysis and narrative building skills

  • Experience in working with confidential data and the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of data privacy principles

  • Advanced Excel skills, comfortable working with large volumes of data

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to function as a team player within a matrix organization, managing own priorities and communicating conflicting demands in a timely and appropriate manner

  • Fluent communication in English

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Experience in workforce reporting from an HRIS application 

  • Ability to deal with multiple projects and deliveries in parallel and manage a broad range of projects and tasks
